pH value (25℃): 2.5-4.5

Uses and characteristics

1. Leveling/Flowability: Low viscosity at low shear rate gives it good flowability and leveling properties.

2. Coating film formation properties: High viscosity at high shear rate results in a thicker coating film formation property when brushed.

3. Anti-splatter properties: Low elongation viscosity reduces splattering during roller coating.

4. Gloss: It can give the coating a very superior gloss.

5. Coating/pigment stability: Enables stable storage of coatings/pigments, preventing dehydration and separation.

Scope of application

It imparts excellent gloss in interior water-based paint formulations, making it particularly suitable for high-gloss paints. Other potential applications include water-soluble coating processes in the printing ink industry, adhesives, and textiles.

Added amount

0.1%–1% of the total amount.

Precautions

1. Product U-6502 should be stored in a sealed container. Please confirm before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources. The recommended normal storage temperature is 10-35℃.

2. The shelf life of product U-6502 is six months.
