Uses and characteristics
1. It has high PU curing promotion properties, which can accelerate surface drying and hard drying in polyurethane primers and can shorten sanding time by a factor of two. It also has the advantages of being non-toxic, having good low-temperature stability, and not affecting weather resistance.
2. It does not have the strong, pungent odor typical of amines.
3. When used in combination with photoinitiators in UV-curable coatings, it can accelerate the curing reaction and prevent yellowing.
Scope of application
Suitable for accelerating the curing of moisture-curing PU, two-component PU, and UV-curing coatings.
Added amount
The hydroxyl component of PU is 0.1-0.5%.
Precautions
1. W-100 products are stored in sealed square plastic containers. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.
2. The shelf life of W-100 products is one year.
