Uses and characteristics

1. It has extremely strong defoaming ability, inhibiting the introduction of air bubbles during stirring and helping tiny air bubbles to be released from the paint. In addition to its excellent defoaming effect, it also adjusts the flowability of the coating surface and the solvent evaporation rate.

2. Particularly suitable for primers, it helps remove air bubbles when applying to porous substrates, resulting in a smooth coating surface. It is also suitable for eliminating problems such as pinholes, craters, fisheyes, and streaks.

Scope of application

Suitable for solvent-based coating systems.

Added amount

0.2-2% of the total amount.

Precautions

1. Product U-518 is stored in a sealed iron drum. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-518 products is one year.
