Uses and characteristics

1. Used in solvent-based coating systems, it has excellent dispersing ability for inorganic pigments.

2. It can significantly reduce the surface tension between pigments and base materials, improve the wetting and dispersing ability of pigments, and reduce the viscosity of the grinding system.

3. It has strong versatility and can disperse not only inorganic pigments, but also organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue and carbon black.

Scope of application

 It is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and can be used to disperse various pigments, making it a highly versatile dispersant.

Dosage and Usage

The percentages for titanium dioxide are 6%–10%, inorganic pigments are 10%–15%, organic pigments are 20%–60%, and carbon black is 60%–120%.

Precautions

1. Product U-633 is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-633 product is one year.
