Uses and characteristics

1. Used in solvent-based coating systems, it has excellent dispersing ability for inorganic pigments.

2. It can significantly reduce the surface tension between pigments and base materials, improve the wetting and dispersing ability of pigments, and reduce the viscosity of the grinding system.

Scope of application

It is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and can be used to disperse various pigments, making it a highly versatile dispersant.

Dosage and Usage

The proportions are as follows: titanium dioxide 3%–6%, inorganic pigments 10%–15%, organic pigments 20%–50%, and carbon black 20%–50%.

Precautions

1. U-602N products are stored in sealed square plastic containers. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-602N products is one year.
