U-875 High-Efficiency Anti-Sagging and Anti-Settling Agent

Composition: Polyurea compound

Appearance: Light yellow viscous solution

Solvent: N-methylpyrrolidone

Uses and characteristics

1. Suitable for water-based coatings. After being mixed into the system, the additives will establish pseudoplasticity, thereby preventing sedimentation and sagging through thixotropy.

2. Widely used for preventing sedimentation in various industrial primers; compatibility needs to be investigated when used for preventing sagging in varnishes.

Scope of application

Suitable for all types of water-based systems.

Added amount

For use as anti-settlement: 0.1-0.7%; for use as anti-sagging: 0.5-3.0%; it is recommended to add it later.

Precautions

1. Product U-875 is stored in a sealed iron drum. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-875 products is one year.
