Uses and characteristics

1. Excellent anti-sticking and peeling effect;

2. Reduce surface tension, improve the wettability of release paper and substrate, and enhance the resin's leveling properties and anti-shrinkage and pinhole performance.

3. Increases softness, providing a smooth surface and a silky feel to PU synthetic leather;

4. Improves breathability and moisture permeability;

5. Improves wear resistance and low-temperature flexural strength;

Scope of application

Suitable for both water-based and oil-based systems.

Added amount

The amount added varies depending on the requirements. It can be 0.1-5% for the total amount, 0.2-1% for permanent feel, 2-6% for anti-fouling, and 1-6% for resin modification. It can be added at any stage of production.

Precautions

1. Product U-319 is stored in a sealed iron drum. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-319 products is one year.
