U-602E Dispersant

Composition: Modified polyurethane solution

Appearance: Light yellow liquid

Active ingredient: 50%

Solvents: Propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, butyl acetate, xylene

Uses and characteristics

1. It is used in solvent-based coating systems and has excellent dispersing ability for inorganic pigments.

2. It can significantly reduce the surface tension between pigments and base materials, improve the wetting and dispersing ability of pigments, and reduce the viscosity of the grinding system.

Scope of application

It is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and can be used to disperse various pigments, making it a highly versatile dispersant.

Added amount

For titanium dioxide , the percentage is 2% –4 % , for inorganic pigments, it is 5% –10 % , for organic pigments, it is 20% –40 % , and for carbon black, it is 30% –60 % .

Precautions

1. Product U -602E is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-602E products is one year.
