Uses and characteristics

1. Disperse and grind carbon black and organic pigments in high-end industrial coating systems (plastics, wood, flooring, and coil steel, etc.);

2. Used for dispersing and grinding carbon black and organic pigments in various ink systems, especially alcohol-water polyurethane ink systems; 

3. Grinding and dispersing of color powders in polyether/polyester polyol color paste systems;

4. Preparation of unsaturated resin color paste;

5. Preparation of solvent-free epoxy system black and organic pigment pastes.

Scope of application

It is widely used in solvent-based coatings and inks, exhibiting excellent grinding and dispersing effects on both carbon black and organic pigments. It is highly versatile and has a very good viscosity-reducing effect.

Dosage and Usage

For inorganic pigments, 7%–15%; for low-surface carbon black, 10%–20%; for high-surface carbon black, 40%–80%.

Precautions

1. Product U-608 is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-608 products is one year.
