U-607 dispersant

Composition: A polyurethane mixture solution containing acidic groups.

Appearance: Yellowish-brown clear liquid

Active ingredient: 60%

Uses and characteristics

1. It has excellent pigment wetting and dispersibility, reduces pigment dispersion time, and achieves good dispersion effect and storage stability.

2. The resulting grinding mixture has low viscosity, giving the coatings and inks better color development, hiding power, gloss and leveling properties.

3. When used in wood primers, it can improve the wettability of the wood's vascular bundles.

Scope of application

Suitable for dispersing various solvent-based inorganic pigments, gravure inks, and screen printing inks.

Added amount

For inorganic pigments , use 0.2% –5 % of the total amount; for wood primers, use 0.2%–0.4% of the total amount .

Precautions

1. Product U-607 is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool , dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-607 products is one year.
