Uses and characteristics

1. It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material for pigments and fillers, reduce the viscosity of the system, and shorten the grinding and dispersion time.

2. It has a good anti-settling effect on paint thinning for powders with a high specific gravity.

Scope of application

It is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and can be used to disperse various pigments, making it a highly versatile dispersant.

Dosage and Usage

The percentages for titanium dioxide are 6%–10%, inorganic pigments are 10%–15%, organic pigments are 20%–60%, and carbon black is 60%–120%.

Precautions

1. U-606 product is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-606 product is one year.
