Uses and characteristics

 1. It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material for pigments and fillers, reduce the viscosity of the system, and shorten the grinding and dispersion time.

 2. It has a good anti-settling effect on paint thinning for powders with a high specific gravity.

Scope of application

It is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and can be used to disperse various pigments, making it a highly versatile dispersant.

Dosage and Usage

For inorganic pigments, the percentage is 10%–15%; for organic pigments, it is 20%–60%; and for carbon black, it is 60%–120%.

Precautions

1. Product U-606F is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-606F products is one year.
